  1. What can the unit be used for?
    Livestock, public events, manual harvesting (i.e. strawberry picking), weddings, restaurant patios, pop up stores, community events, concerts, golf tournaments etc.

    Cloth shades can vary but usually 80% shade.

  3. What is the coverage?
    1,200 square feet.

  4. What if it's stormy and I'm not around?
    With the aid of a wind sensor and onboard computer the shelter closes automatically until the storm passes.

  5. Will the battery go dead if it opens and closes all night?
    No, it has a day/night light sensor so that if it closes through the night it remains closed until daylight and calm conditions.

  6. Where does it get its power from?
    The shelter has a solar panel above the canopy that charges a large onboard battery.

  7. How is it controlled?
    In automatic mode the wind and light sensors tell onboard computer when to open and close. It can also be manually operated with provided key fob, phone app via bluetooth or from anywhere in the world via wifi.

  8. How long, wide and tall is it?
    When open its 40ft across, 10ft tall. When closed and lowered its 22ft long, 7ft tall, and 8ft wide.

  9. How long does the cloth last?
    10 plus years.

  10. What maintenance does it need?
    Grease once in awhile, visual inspection, hydraulic oil level check.

    Total weight is 3,100 lbs

     Tongue weight is 1,100 lbs

  13. Are there any add-ons?
    Yes, for example, mobile bar, misting unit, merch booth, tables and chairs, camera, TV screens, grills, wi-fi and coolers etc.

  14. Is the unit tamper proof?
    Yes, everything is covered up with shields to protect the unit from tampering or damage by occupants.

  15. Can it be a fixed height unit in a place permanently?
    Yes, it can be in a permanent location like a patio and of a fixed height to suit the application.

  16. What are the health benefits?
    The unit prevents sun and heat exposure preventing issues like overheating, burning and for livestock loss of appetite, less weight gain, less reproduction, less milk yield etc.

  17. Can I easily move the unit around for regenerative farming practices?
    Yes, the unit can easily be moved by hitching to almost any equipment.
